Hello folks!......and hi @TAB I've just emptied my recycling bin. There was lots of cardboard boxes to dismantle so my recycling bin is now full. I am about to go for another walk lol I dunno how I keep on going with this routine. On with the 3kg weighted vest and off I go.

well , you have 'cracked the code' by making walking a routine @Former-Member .. humans tend to like routines and can get into bad ones just as easily as good ones lol

That is just so right on the mark @TAB after not walking last weekend I could feel myself getting out of whack. It was hard lulling myself into it again but yes here we go for more exercise! lol I think these pages as well as my diabetes educator hold me accountable. The meds slow me down however. I think everyone experiences that but a Co-Q10 and Nitric Oxide audio boosts my energy.  Its what fit and healthy gym junkies use. I save not spending money on supps. I don't know how much they cost retail but its a big win. More vitality and being able to meet my exercise goals.  Now got to do more work in the kitchen today. What are you up to TAB?

Hi Achievers ....  today  I applied for harvest work (not too sure about it, but done now)

put bins out, got them back in , lost phone, found it again, decided not walking prob best after reasonable walks yest.

fed myself

did dishes

cleaned up a bit.

trying not to get down

had a nap

going for another one now lol

Hello @TAB thats great news. Let us know how you go with the harvest work application.  You've been a busy bee today.  I have just been reading a book today and walking.  Not spending as much time on  the computer.  I realise being on the computer has limited my attention span and I noticed this while trying to read. The computer can certainly change the function of your brain in terms of info retention and comprehension. I ate a portion of my apricot slice, it tasted like apricot delight, I reckon I could sprinkle monk fruit "sugar" on it for extra sweetness but yeah it was a nice treat.  I'm going back to read my book then wind down for the afternoon

Didn't over analyse why partner didn't say goodnight last night
Got good feedback at work
Had thai foe dinner
