Hey @Shaz51 Are you feeling more rested, less aches (I hope)?

I'm wanting to sweep all my floors & start doing my bird cages & aviaries (now) - I just don't have any energy.

My Diverticulosis/ IBS is playing up badly today - most days.

I need to get better treatment for that (No treatment so far).

Diagnosis on last Hospital Discharge Report (in addition to all the others).

I will try & come up with something Fun for Sunday Funday - when I've had a rest.

but when my cousin dropped me off at home after having morning tea with my mum, aunty and cousin 

it was pouring rain and I slipped and landed on my back  on the grass

feeling a bit sore now
