Hubby is having lots of dizzy spells today 

So sitting watching YouTube videos with a cuppa coffee ☕️

@Shaz51  That’s not good that hubby is having dizzy spells. Do you know what it is caused by? It’s wonderful he had you there to keep an eye on him and some company too. What have you been watching on YouTube? 

I am having chronic depression and pretty severe anxiety. I cannot find any joy in anything and can’t manage basic tasks like showering or changing clothes. Lots of physical symptoms of anxiety too. I’m alone and just feeling awful. 😢
