Hi @Bill16 I had to go to the doctors. They are sending me to a full mental health care team. Psychologist, psychiatrist and councillors. I'm Terrified they are going to put me in a mental health unit. My poor doctor was so so worried.

How are you going mate, thank you for talking to me last night, it really helped me cope. I'm so grateful

hi @Bill16 how did you go with your case worker? i managed to have some dinner again tonight, i have lost 10kg over the past week from not eating. it is really scary to see how unwell i am. i have just settled down with a coffee and my dr gave me some sleep meds to help me sleep of a night.
