You'll work it out @TAB its certainly the right time of year to fix insulation in your roof cavity. Do it before it gets to summer otherwise its stinking hot doing insulation in a roof

• assembled new weight bench
• got meds from chemist
• took rubbish to bin
• interacted w delivery guy
• walked to shops

*Met with OT - learnt about spoons. 

*Picked up boxes & tape

*Went to sex shop bought outfit 

*Met with cleaning lady. I packed boxes while she cleaned kitchen 

*Chatted on SANE 

*Found leftover KFC (winner ...)

* Had aha moment, realised not wrong, suffering PTSD - that is why I feel unable to meditate & read a book 

* Sex shop sounds rude, bit it's not. I spoke with cool lady, who works there. Don't need to be embarrassed. I am. It's ok.

* A little bit (heaps) drunk rn. More spoons.
