I've just gotten home, so sitting in silence and trying to take some deep breaths. It's been a big day for my anxiety.

Been dealing with a very distressing and violent trigger for the last few hours to them drift off mid flashback and wake up out of breath and terrified. 

The ute behind me earlier today was impatient. When turning into that middle waiting area to turn right he had followed me to turn also and then as he drove past I put my finger up. 

Well he decided to get into my lane, stop his car, wait for me to overtake and then keep speed and shout what I assume to be profanities but I had my radio on and windows up. 

Then when I slid back in behind him I started dancing at the traffic lights so he could see me in the rearview mirror. 

Please don't warn me about the dangers of aggravating other drivers, I'm very aware and not in the mood to deal with that kind of reaction.
