yeah mate 41, gosh if people knew how bad i have messed up my life @Bill16 they would be mortified. 31 years since i remember being happy and free. gosh it has gone so fast.

Nah your all good ay mate,house hunting is a b!tch for real,my perfect joint with a big shed,big backyard and nice house is hard to find bro @Jacques

hahahaha yeah @Bill16 my partner is trying to find a house and it is so so hard, either they are too expensive or the right price but the rooms are so tiny. you just need to be patient mate, you will find your dream home, i have started using a web site called listingloop, you can google it, you put in what you are looking for and it will send you a email on any houses about to come on the market. might be worth a look
