Hi All. I just did quick, semi wet mop over around kitchen cupboards after a quick sweep. also gave a rug a shake outside and put a few things out for birds in back yard and in rubbish. Feel a lot better for it, was not a good look on my nice lino lol.

yesterday, got car rego transferred(3rd attempt) still have to return old plates and get refund from WA though, well and figure out insurance again ..gah  ..ok, well its further ahead than it was before yesterday.. also getting 2nd lawn mower from mower shop. guy claims its a hotrod, well she see lol .. its an old 2 stroke so neighbours will love me .. lol @MDT @Judi9877 @Former-Member @Meowmy @Delicatessen @Meggles @StanD

Good stuff @TAB keep at it with housework.  It will make you feel clearer psychologically.  Theres certainly something in feng shui.  Yeah worth checking out swimming pools near you. Once a week is doable. You could do cycling, walking and swimming. At the pool you could wear a t-shirt over your swimmers if it makes you feel any better. Its what plus size folks at the pool do if it makes you feel more comfortable.  I thought it was funny the lawnmower sales dude calling it a hot rod!  Hopefully it works properly and does the job.

Good to see - You reminded me i need to vaccum and also clean bathroom shower - smells like metal.

Have gone to GP

HAve got some names of local psychologists which i can sus out and see if i wanna go there

Have managed to bump into my partner on the train - haha. IT was nice to happen. She took a photo of me and sent it to me. haha.

Came to coffee shop and figured out second uni offer. BAsically a case of me working the system out and making it work for me. Well worth it just to see i think

Will then head to uni office to ask them for help about class attendance (saying i can't attend first few weeks of class so might lose 10%).

Will then reply to email from local pastor. Wanna start an email chain asking about theology etc. Coz why not?

Will then read and chill for rest of day

Dunno what is happening with my friend. Not gonna chase

Ok, well I'm not coping today. I think reading all you achievement maybe have me tiny bit of light.

 

So far, I slept in till 12ish. Had worst feeling. Gota my cats their breakfast. Ate my food. Put kettle on, but am too depressed to make myself cuppa. I have taken meds. Hoping, waiting for them to kick in. Looked it the window. Saw, I had no future. Then, a quiet voice said 'one day at a time' so that's what is keeping me alive today. Sorry for the dramatics. 

 

I looked online cause I recalled the church has free lunch today - but I am too late. Thought about going on SANE. Didn't know what I would possibly write. Then my phone notifications told me Hams mentioned me ... & I ended up here.

..hmm if only cat food were edible ? @StanD  well it is.. been there ..if starving would help myself to liver and heart had got for cat lol, lots garlic, onion, black bean sauce, soy sauce, Bobs yr uncle .. lol .......... or tommy ruffs lol

keep wheetbix for emergencies hey ok or oats, if yr hungry you;ll eat it lol well pluslonglife milk

was thursday night meal at local church when I was at caravan park, I never made it there. I took what they gave me twice when they knocked on my door tho lol

freeze bread maybe ? noodles , cans of things wouldnt usually eat for pantry lol gots to have tea/coffee ha ha get some cowboy cs's lol ..... @StanD

I didn't know if I could have 🤠 upon waking @TAB thanks💖 the food rec are good. You are the best. Idk, I'm actually feeling way better now writing you. Maybe the meds started? I'm still sad, I can almost see good now tho. Thankyou.
