lol you need some money left over for my cokes for the bar fridge @Bill16 😉 yeah places where my partner is looking are 900k+ it is crazy. house prices are really spiking australia wide. my house has gone from 40k 3 years ago to 400k in 2022. hopfully the rate rises will make house prices drop sharply this year.
